What is the cost for playing?

Nothing! Registration and games are free of cost!

I have not yet collected all points, can I start playing?

Sure! You may even enter the ranking and maintain the score. As soon as you have your bear insert the code on the package and enter the supergame!

Where do I insert the code found on the bear's box?

Once you have logged-in go to your users profile and insert the bear's code.

What happens once I have inserted the bear's code?

You receive a score bonus that improves your ranking. You may also increase the challenge score if you are asked a question in relation to your bear's theme.

The themes are 7 why, when I play, I only get 4 themes? How can I select the theme related to my bear in order to get the bonus of the games?

Each time you play, the system randomly selects four themes out of seven, therefore selecting is impossible. If you are lucky and you hold the code of the selected theme and answer correctly the question you double your score.

I have forgotten my access password.

You may ask for a new one, it will be sent to the email address indicated upon registration.

Can I enter the photographic competition even without a bear?

No, because you need to insert the code, marked on the package, and all photos must have your bear as the subject!

Why am I not shown in the ranking?

To be eligible for ranking you must be a registered user. Registration is free of cost!

When does the competition finish?

Points collecting ends on the 8th of February 2012, the photographic competition on the 8th of March 2012.
